Second, you need to look at their current job postings on their website so that you can tell them what you are interested in when you email them your resume. If you are not the right fit for any of their job postings they are less likely to help you. Just be clear on what you are looking for. They may call you as soon as they have a job that is right for you! 

Third, recruiters call you back if they think they have something that may suit you. We get paid by the corporations or companies that are hiring usually 15-30% of the base salary.
