  • Guarantee Employees:

How Much Does It Cost?

Career Fox is the best deal in town! Recruitment should be an efficient and guaranteed process...

EACH PLACEMENT: 

15%-20% of the yearly base salary (most recruiters charge 20-30+%)

GUARANTEE:

All employees for 3-6 months (most recruiters only offer 3 months)

 3 Month Guarantee: 15% of the yearly base salary. 

 6 Month Guarantee: 20% of the yearly base salary. If you go this route and your candidate does not work out for any reason past the 6 month guarantee you get 50% off of your second candidate.

INITIAL PAYMENT:

 $1,500.00 per job posting. This is paid up front towards the total placement fee.
