Our client is a rapidly expanding franchise with headquarters in Calgary. They have 17 plus locations in Calgary and have expanded their franchise to 75+ locations in Canada. They are currently expanding their BC opportunities and are hunting for the following position:

Regional Manager - British Columbia

The Job:

The successful candidate will possess great interpersonal skills with a will to lead others. They will be addicted to self-improvement and heavily incentive based pay. Our client has built the business on the strength of two entrepreneurial minds and a great deal of effort. In order for this person to succeed and see the fruits of their labor their commitment will need to be absolute.

What We Are Looking For:

•1.    Direct Sales, Operations management, Franchise Store Management or any other form of direct leadership in a position.

•2.    Education is also an asset in the fields of accounting, business administration or economics.

•3.    Both experience and education are not likely to be a significant determining factor in our client's decision. If people are at all entrenched in a specific lifestyle relating to common corporate environments they are unlikely to fit in our client's culture and excel as we need them to for the betterment of themselves and our client.

Qualifications:

• Outgoing, ambitious, leader
• Must be a resident of British Columbia, Canada
• Intermediate MS Office skills
• Capable of working independently and leading, growing and mentoring a team
• Proactive approach to solving problems
• Exceptional multi-tasking skills
