Our client is a leader in their industry.  They have been in business for 14 years and actively work with over 500 companies. 

They are looking for an Outside Sales Rep for Calgary. This individual will call on prospective businesses to be added to the growing network.

Outside Sales Position

  2. Common Sense-  in prospecting the right type of new clients for the network

•·         Minimum one year experience with "Hunter Style" Outside Sales.

•·         Sales experience includes strong Cold Calling, Networking and Referrals skills.

•·         Experience with selling an "intangible" product

•·         A Network of 100-200 small business owners in Calgary (ability to phone them)

•·         Energetic but not a "promoter style" sales person

•·         Full Time - 40 business hours a week ( or 35 ie. For a single mom or dad)

•·         Level headed through up and downs

•·         Social Networking skills a bonus

•·         Financially stable

             Job Description:

  •  Face to face meetings with clients,
  •  Researching leads,
  •  Cold Calling
  •  Meeting with sales manager,
  •  Attend networking events,
  •  Use of social media to connect with business owners

          Compensation:

         Base:  $30,000 year

Expense Allowance: $200 month

Commissions: based on companies signing up for the service

Goal: 60 companies signed in the first year

•·         1-4  signings per  month - $400 each

•·         5 th signing of the month- $900 one time bonus

•·          6 + signings per month -$500 each

•·         Additional Bonuses apply at 6 + signings a month

        Benefits: after 6 months

        Office: phone, desk, computer, parking. Located in the SW of Calgary. Team of 5+ people located in the SW of Calgary.
